Freedom Inc.’s 14th Annual Freedom Health Day was first put on 14 years ago by a bunch of Southeast Asian youth to create space and activities for themselves and their families who had little to no access to community space. What began as a little get together is now a huge day of community building, 5k walk//run, and a sports tournament with free food that has fed over 150 people each year.

5k Walk/Run:
$30 per person
$100 for a team of 4
$10 for seniors and youth (17 & under)
Check in and onsite registration begins at 8 a.m. at Penn Park. The walk/run will start promptly at 9 a.m. Set up and check in for the sports tournament ends at 10:45 a.m. The sports tournament will start at 11 a.m.
