Over 500 Madison Nonprofit professionals will gather on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at the 8th annual Madison Nonprofit Day organized by founder Alnisa Allgood. Honorable Judge Everett Mitchell will deliver the keynote. The conference theme is “Balancing Resilience & Innovation in a World of Rapid Change.” Sabrina Madison will MC, and the day will be capped by a fundraising panel including Michael Johnson, Stacey Goldberg, Amy Granger and Nancy Metzger.

The gathering is a single-day skills-building and networking conference designed to foster connections between and accelerate the progress of nonprofit professionals, social entrepreneurs, civic and philanthropic leaders, and local government leaders. The huge event brings together changemakers in an exhilarating, inspiring, and exhausting day of keynotes, 40+ workshops, panels, presentations, and activities that provides opportunities to gain skills, share experiences and expertise, network, and forge future bonds. The conference is run almost entirely by volunteers.
