Milwaukee Bucks guard Sterling Brown plans to file a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city of Milwaukee over an arrest where he was tased by Milwaukee police officers in January, WISN 12 News reports.

The video of the arrest is expected to be released soon. The mayor of Milwaukee says he is concerned about how police acted when they arrested Brown.

“I’m going to let the release of that speak for itself, but yes, I definitely have concerns after watching that video,” Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said at a news conference on Monday.

Brown was not charged in the case that did result in an internal investigation at the Milwaukee Police Department. The incident happened in the early morning of Jan. 26 when officers were doing a business check at a Walgreens at 26th Street and West National Avenue and spotted Brown’s car parked across two handicapped spots. The officers went to investigate and spoke with Brown, but what happened after that isn’t quite clear. Brown, 23, was shocked with a stun gun during his interaction with officers.
