The Madison La Follette Booster Club will host “Celebrate Coach Will Green, MVC Top 15 Finalist” Tuesday, Oct. 24, 4-5 p.m. at La Follette High School, 702 Pflaum Rd.
La Follette Coach Will Green has advanced to the Final 15 coaches for U.S. Cellular’s Most Valuable Coach contest, a campaign that U.S. Cellular launched to highlight and recognize current high school head and assistant coaches who have made a profound impact on their school and community, and exemplify great leadership qualities. Coach Green is now moving on to the final stage in hopes of being named U.S. Cellular’s Most Valuable Coach!
La Follette High School will receive a $5,000 donation from U.S. Cellular. The company will also host a celebratory event to honor Coach and create a short video detailing his story and impact.
