Madison Mayor Paul Soglin and City Department and Division Heads will join this year’s Wanda Fullmore youth interns and their families for an internship kickoff dinner Wednesday, June 29, 5:30 p.m. at the third floor (rooms 301 and 302) of the Madison Central Library, 201 West Mifflin.
In its third year of the program, the City of Madison will employ over 50 local high school students throughout the various City departments, up by about 20 internship spots from last year. Commonwealth Development once again partnered with the City of Madison to provide job training and support as the youth transition into their internships.
