    The Opportunity:

    WiCell seeks a part-time Lab Assistant to support stem cell research objectives by performing preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment, assisting in maintaining inventory, and additional lab and administrative activities to support WiCell. Work is performed in a typical laboratory environment for approximately 8-15 hours per week. Hours may increase over time to a full time position.

    Candidate Requirements:

    Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of laboratory experience is preferred. Candidates should have the ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and prioritize; follow established policies and procedures to complete tasks; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, reliability, and responsibility; strong communication skills and strong ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
