Wisconsin Badgers quarterback Alex Hornibrook threw four touchdown passes to lead the then-No. 6 Wisconsin to a victory over then-No. 11 Miami, 34-24, in the Orange Bowl on Dec. 30. The win capped off a 13-1 season for the Badgers, the winningest season in University of Wisconsin football team school history. The Badgers were rewarded today with a seventh-place finish in the final Associated Press poll.
