WORT Radio 89.9FM will celebrate 40 years on Saturday, Dec. 5 at the High Noon Saloon.
Music begins at 5 p.m. with March of the Meanies, Whiskey Farm Acoustic Trio, and Mama Digdown’s Brass Band.A delicious dinner will be provided by New Orleans Takeout and we will also be serving birthday cake.
After 9, the night gets heavier with Modern Mod, Cowboy Winter, and White Mystery from Chicago.
The Mad City Sisters (monthly hosts of Queery) will be holding a 50/50 Cash Raffle to benefit WORT, so bring some extra green and you could be the big winner!
$20 suggested donation includes Dinner and all 6 bands!
$10 suggested donation includes 9pm entry and 3 great rock bands!
