Chef Tory Miller’s appearance on the Food Network show “Iron Chef Showdown” will finally air Wednesday.
Miller announced in November that he’d be competing in an upcoming episode, but the network pushed back his episode until the end of the season.
“Finally y’all, not a drill. It’s for real this time, next Wednesday night!” Miller posted on Instagram last week.
Miller, the James Beard Award-winning chef behind Madison restaurants L’Etoile, Graze, Sujeo and Estrellón, will face off against Chef Bobby Flay in an “All-American meat battle,” according to food network.
