Ritika Singh has over 25 years of leadership in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across various industries, including Fortune 50 and Top 10 Diversity Inc. companies. She has partnered with executive teams to develop DEI strategies, oversee employee resource groups, and lead strategic recruiting efforts. Her accomplishments include refreshing a 10-year DEI strategy, building enterprise-wide diversity programs, and expanding employee resource groups globally. Currently, Ritika is the VP and Head of DEI at Serta Simmons Bedding and has previously held leadership roles at Catholic Relief Services and Associated Bank. Ritika holds an MBA from RPI and multiple accolades for her DEI work.
