Ella Bey, who was previously named Miss Wisconsin’s Teen 2024, was crowned Miss Wisconsin Teen Volunteer 2026 in a ceremony on Aug. 10 at the Wisconsin State Capitol. The Pewaukee native, known for her dedication to community service and empowering young people, has made history as the only young woman to hold both titles.

Ella, a senior scholar and student leader at Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, will now represent Wisconsin at the Miss Teen Volunteer America 2027 competition.

The Miss Wisconsin Teen Volunteer competition is part of the Miss Volunteer America organization, which emphasizes Scholarship, Education, Responsibility, Volunteerism, and Empowerment (S.E.R.V.E.).

Ella has made a positive impact on the lives of others through her initiative, Special Connections, which focuses on connecting young adults and people living with disabilities.

“I am incredibly honored and humbled to be crowned Miss Wisconsin Teen Volunteer 2026 and look forward to spreading ‘Special Connections’ across our beautiful state, encouraging volunteerism in our communities, and meeting and working with my fellow Wisconsinites,” Ella said in a statement.

The Miss Teen Volunteer America pageant will be held in Jackson, Tennessee, from March 5-7, 2026, where Ella will compete in the areas of interview, talent, fitness, and evening gown against talented young women from across the nation in the quest for the national title, Miss America Teen Volunteer 2027.
