Employment Resources, Inc. (ERI), a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, announced the appointment of Kweku-TeAngelo Cargile Jr. as its new executive director on Tuesday.
Cargile brings over 12 years of nonprofit leadership experience and deep personal commitment to this role and joins ERI from The BrandLab, where he successfully led initiatives empowering young talent from Indigenous, Black, Brown, AAPI and Hispanic/Latinx backgrounds to launch sustainable careers in creative industries, according to a press release from ERI.
