Monsieur Perine, a 9-piece band from Bogota, Colombia will highlight ‎La Sesión Espectacular (Spectacular Session) tonight.

It will be a Latin music explosion at La Sesión Espectacular (Spectacular Session) tonight at Central Park as the popular Central Park Sessions continue on Madison’s near east side.

The Central Park Sessions are an innovative concert series that has been a huge success in helping to raise significant funds for nonprofit partners in Madison. Tonight’s concert series will benefit Centro Hispano of Dane County.

“We are so very excited for tonight,” Centro Hispano Executive Director Karen Menendez Coller tells Madison365. “It is incredible to me how [organizer] Bob Queen is able to bring some amazing Latin musicians to Madison. Last year’s event was the best concert I’ve attended and no doubt it will be the same this year.”

It will be a fantastic night of Latin music with three sensational bands including two acclaimed groups from Colombia. A variety of foods will be sold with Mexican, Venezuelan, Puerto Rican, Jamaican and other delights matching the decidedly Latin and Caribbean flavor of the evening. A splendid variety of beer wine, mead and cider will be on hand to quench your thirst and to enhance the evening.
