Singer and rapper Lizzo has announced her fall North American tour will stop in Madison.
The “Cuz I Love You Too” tour will come to The Sylvee on Thursday, Oct. 10, 8 p.m.
Birth name Melissa Viviane Jefferson, Lizzo is a rapper, singer, actor, flautist, and songwriter. She was born in Houston, Texas, and moved to Minneapolis in 2011 where she quickly became a fixture in the hip-hop and R&B scene. Her debut album, Lizzobangers, was released in 2013.
Last year, Lizzo toured both with Haim and Florence and the Machine.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 26 at 10 a.m.
