Join theater artists, Marcella Murray and David Neumann, along with collaborator Tei Blow in Primer for an Impossible Conversation as they unpack their years-long conversation around race on April 8 and 9 at 7:30 p.m.
Blurring the lines of fiction and reality, ‘Primer’ gives Marcella (who’s Black) and David (who’s white) license to continue their talk begun several years ago while confronting racism on their university campus. Through a collage of imagery, movement, humor, and dialogue, we witness a snapshot of two people’s process and desire to move closer towards understanding each other.
