Renaissance Senior Living of Hilldale has appointed Sira Nsibirwa as its new Executive Director. Nsibirwa brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare, including roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Memory Care Director, and most recently as a Regional Director of Operations in assisted living.
Born in Uganda and raised on a farm in Brodhead, Wisconsin, Nsibirwa began his healthcare career after graduating from UW-Whitewater. His professional path has included leadership roles in long-term care and group homes for individuals with cognitive disabilities and brain injuries.
“Sira’s extensive experience in healthcare, coupled with genuine love to serve others, make him the perfect candidate for this position,” Legacy Senior Living COO Doug Veazey said in a statement. Legacy Senior Living manages the Renaissance facility.
Renaissance Senior Living of Hilldale is a 10-story community in Madison offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
