Join the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness and The Madison Tubman Walkers on Sunday, March 11 as they honor Harriet Tubman and women’s health.

In celebration of Harriet’s birthday and her tireless efforts to secure our freedom as a conductor on the Underground Railroad, we will WALK for our health and our freedom!

We will gather at Olin Turville Park, off John Nolen Drive in Madison, and walk down and around Monona Terrace and back as a group. This is a self-paced walk and we will leave no one behind.

Arrive by 3 p.m. for a warm welcome, walk instructions and a brief warm-up. Wear comfortable walking shoes and a warm jacket and outerwear. Bring your own water bottle. This is a family-friendly event, for all ages.
