The 35th Annual Madison-Dane County King Holiday Observance will be hosted by the King Coalition on Monday, Jan. 20, 5-8 p.m. at the Overture Center for the Arts, 201 State St.
The program features keynote speaker, MLK Community Choir, and presentation of the MLK Humanitarian Award by Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and County Executive Joe Parisi.
There is no cost to attend, and tickets are not required. The keynote speaker will be Joyce Ann Ladner, civil rights activist, author, civil servant and sociologist.
