Please join the 6th Annual We’re Off to a Good Start virtual Black men’s health empowerment event on Saturday, Jan. 22, 11 a.m. This year’s theme is colon cancer and early detection.
“We’re Off to a Good Start” is a yearly physical activity and nutrition kickoff program. The goal of the event is to empower black men ages 10-81 to get healthy and to keep their New Year’s resolutions by developing attainable goals they can stick with all year long.
