Christian Albouras has easily defeated Erica Janisch with 69 percent of the vote to represent District 20 on Madison’s West Side on the Common Council, replacing Matt Phair, who did not seek reelection.
“I just want the residents to know I’m a bridge builder, collaborator and someone who’s been in the community,” he said in a recent interview.
