The Goodman Community Center will host Community Conversation: Africans & the Diaspora on Wednesday, July 24, 6-8 p.m. at the Ironworks Building of the Goodman Community Center, 149 Waubesa Street.
Please join us as we host the UW African Studies Mandela Fellows 2019 cohort for this crucial conversation.
Building off of last years inaugural event we will continue the conversations to break down stereotypes and misinformation regarding the African experience in American, perceptions of African and American Blacks.
This event will include small group focused discussions, a large group panel discussion, and networking.
