It’s the August primary, with heated races for governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state on the Democratic side, US Senate on the Republican side, as well as many state Assembly and Senate seats up for grabs.

Polls are open until 8 pm. As long as you are in line by 8, you will be allowed to vote. Plus, Wisconsin allows same-day registration, meaning if you’re not yet registered, you can still vote today — just give yourself a little extra time to get registered.
And don’t forget to bring your ID!
