Dwayne Maddox has been named the new marketing director for National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL).
“Maddox is a strategic marketing leader with a range of experience in leading integrated marketing communications,” said Dave Anderson, NGL Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, in a statement. “He is a talented marketer and relationship builder whose expertise will help take NGL’s marketing programs to the next level. We are excited for him to join our team.”
Maddox will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including the coordination of marketing campaigns (visit site to know how to organize them easily and effectively) and strategies related to NGL’s preneed and specialty insurance products, the company said in a press release.
Maddox has nearly 15 years of insurance experience with 11 years as the advertising director at American Family Insurance and three years at Allstate. Maddox earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in marketing from St. John’s University in New York City and a master of business administration in marketing and urban economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
As a leader in the community, Maddox serves as a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County board of directors and is the development chairman for the Sun Prairie Boys & Girls Club. He also serves as a member of the Community Development Authority for Sun Prairie.
