The Wisconsin legislature has finally gotten around to putting together a plan to address COVID — well, not address it so much as spread it further. Far from encouraging or requiring safe behavior, the GOP plan would require state workers to go back to the office and pressure schools to reopen fully while also providing financial support for the hospitality industry, among other provisions.
