The City of Fitchburg has renamed its council chambers after Wisconsin’s first (and still only) Black elected mayor, but prohibited naming buildings after people. Plus, elementary school kids created a major part of the set for the new CTM production of Calabassas Street and COVID numbers are levelling off.
