The Common Council was in session late into the night Tuesday to pass a resolution that will move the current Reindahl Park encampment to a new space on Dairy Drive.

The resolution declares the threat of COVID-19 spread at the Reindahl encampment to be unsafe conditions. It declares that the area is under a state of emergency and allows for the city to prepare a new site for a temporary campground at 3202 Dairy Drive.
