SistaStrings will be held Wednesday, May 1, 7-9 p.m. at Threshold, 2717 Atwood Ave.

SistaStrings is the Milwaukee-based sister duo who combine years of gospel singing with their classical music training & R&B influences culminating in a vibey, lush sound with thick string harmonies between violin and cello and soulful voices. SistaStrings’ passion and deep dedication to their unique musical path and to bringing social change to create an unforgettable experience.

This concert is sponsored by Music Makes a Difference! in support of Threshold’s Gaia Gathering, a free, 5-day event to explore our earth in a different way, through visual arts, movement, music, and many other opportunities to learn and connect a unique way.
