State Rep. Shelia Stubbs and State Sen. Kelda Roys will be hosting a listening session tonight, 6-8 p.m. in the Municipal Room at the Monona Public Library, 1000 Nichols Rd. which intends to be an open-ended conversation about school and community safety.
On Dec. 16, a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School on Madison’s East Side killed a student and a teacher and injured six others.
Members of the public will be welcome to share their thoughts and ideas on the tragedy at Abundant Life at tonight’s listening session, along with how people can work together to keep our communities strong and safe and any recommendations they have for policies going forward.
