Representative John Lewis (D-Georgia), a revered icon of the Civil Rights movement, is “all talk, talk, talk,” according to President Elect Donald Trump.
Trump took to Twitter early Saturday morning to say one of the original Freedom Riders and a member of Big Six civil rights leaders, a man who was beaten by police after leading more than 600 marchers across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma on what would become known as Bloody Sunday, had “no action or results.”

Trump’s tantrum came after Lewis said on Friday that he didn’t believe Trump was a “legitimate president.”
It did not escape notice that Trump’s latest Twitter outburst came just days before the nation pauses to remember Dr. Martin Luther King, another member of the Big Six.
