Alianza Latina and UNIDOS invite the community to participate in a Vigil in Memory of the Orlando Victims on Saturday, June 18, 2-4 p.m. at the new UNIDOS location, 2875 Fish Hatchery Road.
The vigil will also serve to raise awareness of the violence that takes place in the local and national level targeting the Latinx community, especially those who identify as LGBT+(Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders and more) and QPOC (Queer People of Color).
Members of Alianza Latina, UNIDOS and the local Latinx LGBT+ and QPOC communities are deeply wounded by this senseless attack. We hope to count on you to stand with us in solidarity. Honor the victims and join our movement to eradicate hatred, gun violence and support people in our community who have been deeply impacted by this tragedy.
