The 100 Black Men of Madison will once again hand out backpacks stuffed with school supplies at the 22nd annual picnic and backpack giveaway Saturday, Aug. 20, 10 a.m. until supplies run out. The event will be held at Demetral Field, 601 N. Sixth St.
