365 Media Foundation Inc, the nonprofit organization that publishes Madison365 and produces the 365 Leadership Summit, announced today that it will launch Blueprint365, a new online publication dedicated to covering business and workforce news for and from Wisconsin’s communities of color.

“Wisconsin’s economy absolutely depends on a diverse workforce and diverse voices in both the entrepreneurial space and the C-suite,” said Henry Sanders, CEO of 365 Media and publisher of Blueprint365. “The state’s business community leaders get it, and they’re looking for more information and discourse around diversity and inclusion. We’ve spent the last seven years building a reputation for strong journalism and earning the community’s trust, doing real journalism from our unique perspective. We’re poised and ready to bring that perspective to Wisconsin’s business community.”

Blueprint365 will be the first independent business publication dedicated to communities of color in Wisconsin. Blueprint365 will initially have reporting staff based in Madison and the Fox Valley and will cover businesses, entrepreneurs, executives and trends statewide.

Bluprint365 will begin publishing February 13 at Blueprint365.org, and will also make content available on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
