Join the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness for its 9th Annual National Wear Red Day Event & Photo Shoot on Saturday, Feb. 22, noon-3:30 p.m.

We’re headed back to the historic Mt Zion Baptist Church in South Madison to host our beloved annual heart disease prevention and education event.

Come dressed in your red best or red work-out gear and join the fight against heart disease in women — the #1 health threat to Black Women. Get informed, inspired, and empowered to protect your heart, boost your personal fitness, and hear the stories of survivors and others committed to living well at every stage of life.

Come hear and learn life-saving info from our Guest Speakers! This year’s event will address the impact of heart disease on all women, and especially young women who may not see themselves as being at risk, but who are increasingly impacted. PREVENTION is our focus, and increased SURVIVORSHIP of those living with a cardiovascular condition.
