Ashley Saunders, an HR professional on the Talent Strategy & Inclusion Team at Exact Sciences, will moderate a panel discussion titled “Without a Net: How to connect, network and make a place for yourself & your career” on Monday, October 18, the first day of the fourth annual Wisconsin Leadership Summit.

A Chicago transplant to Madison, Saunders focuses on corporate recruitment, community engagement, inclusion, and internal equity. Starting as a Recruiter with Exact Sciences, she has hired more than two hundred and fifty employees within the last two years in positions ranging from entry level to senior leadership.
With several years of experience in the field of talent acquisition, Ashley is passionate about attracting and, most importantly, retaining diverse talent to the Madison area.
