It is officially March Madness time! While people were out celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, the NCAA Tournament brackets for 2019 were revealed.

Despite struggling in the Big Ten conference tournament, Wisconsin drew a number five seed, traditionally a seed ripe to be upset, and will face number 12 Oregon in the first round of the South Regional on March 22 at 3:30pm on TBS. The Badgers will compete in a side of the bracket that includes Tennessee, Villanova and top seeded Virginia in what is sure to be a difficult road back to the Final Four. The Badgers will have to muster a much better effort than in the previous two Big10 tournament games.

Purdue, Iowa, Ohio State, Maryland, Minnesota, Michigan State and Michigan will also be in the NCAA tournament representing the Big Ten, which is a record number of tournament teams for the conference. The Big Ten has more teams participating than any other conference.

Marquette, like the Badgers, also drew a fifth seed and will take on Murray State on March 21 at 3:30, also on TBS. Murray State is led by potential NBA top pick Ja Morant.
