This week on Black Oxygen, Dexter Patterson, also known as the @wiscobirder on Instagram, talks about his journey to Wisconsin, how he got started birding and his new organization the BIPOC Birding Club of Wisconsin. He says that birding as taught him patience, gratitude and joy. To get started birding, Dexter recommends that we start in our own backyard.
