The Caribbean Association of Madison (CAM) has announced that its 15th annual scholarship awards are now open and are seeking to share this opportunity with students and families in the greater Madison community.
As part of its mission to serve the community, the Caribbean Association of Madison provides annual scholarships to eligible undergraduate and high school students. CAM is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting the cultural, social, educational, and economic well-being of its members and the broader community.
The two CAM general scholarships will be worth $500 each. Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and uplifting communities of color in Dane County and beyond.
Applicants must be residents of Dane County or attending (or planning to attend) a college or university in Dane County and must demonstrate community involvement, financial need, and academic achievement. Applicants should provide two letters of recommendation, one educational and one personal. The application deadline for the scholarships will be May 31.
