The final Marquette Law School poll of the 2018 campaign released today, with just five days until elections, found the Wisconsin gubernatorial race in a dead heat: Republican Gov. Scott Walker and Democratic challenger Tony Evers are tied among likely voters with 47 percent each.
Libertarian candidate Phil Anderson was at 3 percent, while 1 percent were undecided.
The poll also finds Democratic U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin comfortably in the lead in her bid for re-election with 54 percent of the vote to Republican challenger Leah Vukmir’s 43 percent.
In the attorney’s general race, Republican incumbent Brad Schimel led Democrat Josh Kaul, 47 percent to 45 percent.
