The 2022 World Cup soccer tournament kicked off on Sunday with a 2-0 Ecuador win over host nation Qatar and is continuing on Monday with three matches including the United States vs. Wales at 1 p.m. Forward Madison will be hosting watch parties throughout the tournament at the Forward Club.
The club will be open every day of the tournament, except Thanksgiving, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Space in the Forward Club is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Guest wi-fi is available in the Forward Club for all matches.
The FMFC coaching staff and some surprise players will make appearances during the tournament, according to Forward Madison FC’s website, especially on USA or Mexico match days.
The United States and England are in Group B of the World Cup and both are looking for three points ahead of their match on Friday at 1 p.m. England defeated Iran 6-2 on Monday morning.
