The View From Here Wellness Collective will host an event calledGlow and Gather” on Sunday, March 23, 3-6 p.m., with the aim of uniting women for an afternoon of connection, reflection, and impact.

The event will be hosted in celebration of the Black Women Deserve podcast launch and will feature a soul food dinner, deep and meaningful discussions led by podcast guests, and a hands-on care package assembly for women served by the YWCA, according to a press release from organizers.

The View From Here Wellness Collective, founded by Carla Williams, is dedicated to creating spaces where Black women can prioritize their well-being, build meaningful connections, and engage in conversations that inspire growth and healing.

“In spaces that often exclude and overlook the well-being of Black women, Glow and Gather is a space where we can be seen, celebrated, and supported,” says Carla Williams, founder of The View From Here Wellness Collective and host of Black Women Deserve. “We’re not just talking about self-care — we’re building a culture of care, for ourselves and each other.”

The location of the event has yet to be announced. For more information about the event, click here.
