Announcing the Greater Madison Music City Project! As we rebuild and recover from Covid-19, we aim to develop a partnership between musicians and local organizations and businesses to shape our music community around equity, economic development, inclusive growth, and tourism strategies.
Join us to hear from local music community experts and global consultant Sound Diplomacy about how you can get involved in this effort. We will also have live performances from local musicians.
Our objective is to grow Madison’s music ecosystem, so it creates jobs, drives sustainable tourism, and does so inclusively, across all communities and demographics. This project will lead to the identity of Greater Madison as a Music City, emphasizing the immense cultural and economic contribution music brings to our community.
