The Wisconsin Historical Society is working to create a new and improved image of Wisconsin history through a series of events called Share Your Voice.
The next event will be held at the Badger Rock Neighborhood Center, located at 501 East Badger Road in Madison. It will take place from 2:30 to 4:00 pm and is free to the public.
The event will be a chance for people of color to express what they feel would be an important addition to the new modern, state-of-the-art history museum. The Wisconsin Historical Society is working to make its museum an inclusive facility that shares the history of all its unique Wisconsinites. The event is meant to be a comfortable environment where people feel welcomed to participate. Your conversations are meant to inspire and spark connections statewide, which will provide essential feedback in creating a place that shares the history of all people.
