Join us at Working Draft Beer Compan, 1129 East Wilson Street, to kick off Community Shares of Wisconsin’s next featured Inspiring Voices project: Rebalanced-Life Wellness Association. Attend and meet the group’s founder, Aaron Perry, and learn more about his inspiring work and his goals for the month’s campaign on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 5 p.m.
Community Shares of Wisconsin developed the Inspiring Voices program in 2016 to highlight Black and Brown-led organizations working to reduce racial disparities and advance racial equity.
The awardees are supported with a $1000 matching grant and given tools and consultation to help them develop an online fundraising campaign.
Working Draft will have food available from 5-9pm, with $1 Off pints of ‘Pulp Culture’ Hazy IPA for event attendees. This will be an incredible night for all, and we look forward to hosting you on August 8th.
