Impact Christian Academy has announced the appointment of Jerome Flowers as its new principal. Flowers brings more than 20 years of experience in education and student support, along with a deep commitment to Christ-centered leadership and whole-child development.
Flowers joins Impact Christian Academy at a time of continued growth for the school, which recently moved into its new Verona facility and is expanding enrollment and programming, according to a press release from Impact Christian Academy, and he has a background across elementary, middle, and high school settings positions.
Impact Christian Academy (ICA) is a Christ-centered high school located in Verona committed to academic excellence, spiritual formation, and developing students as leaders grounded in courage, character, faith, and service.
“Impact Christian Academy is deeply committed to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and serving others with compassion,” said Flowers. “My faith shapes how I lead and serve, and I am honored to join a community that prioritizes relationships, purpose, and helping students reach their God-given potential.”
Throughout his career, Flowers has served as a special education assistant at the elementary level, a Schools of Hope tutor coordinator at the middle school level, a pre-college advisor at the high school level, and, most recently, as an administrator for more than eight years at both the middle and high school levels.
Flowers earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a principal’s license through St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. His training in education and social work informs a leadership style grounded in care, equity, and the belief that every student deserves to be known, supported, and challenged to grow.
