This is a responsible paraprofessional position involved in the preparation and/or processing of various accounting or financial records, coordinating clerical activities, training other clerical staff and providing assistance to other clerical staff to ensure the timely completion of finance department tasks. The position requires significant judgment and discretion in completing assigned tasks or special projects with a high degree of independence. The work is performed under the supervision of the Transit Finance Manager.

The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks a full-time Program Associate for the College of Nursing. This position reports to the Post-licensure Program Director. The incumbent will have daily contact with prospective and current students, university services staff, faculty, academic staff, and administrators. An individual in this role must be self-motivated, have working knowledge of college and university policies and procedures, display professional communication skills, dress, manner, and function independently with little or no supervision. This position functions with a high level of confidentiality.

Salary is competitive, based on experience, with an average ranging from $15.411 to $23.579 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project/event coordination and volunteer management; excellent demonstrated written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills; experience working with volunteers and organizing volunteer projects; ability to manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders; social media skills; excellent data entry skills; and proficiency with MS Office including a thorough knowledge of Excel. The preferred candidate will have experience with fundraising campaigns and working with a nonprofit organization.

This full-time position has a salary range of $36k-$44k and full benefits including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, paid vacation and medical leave, and more.
