A warrant is out for the arrest of musician R. Kelly, who has been indicted on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving four alleged victims – three of them underage at the time, Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx announced today.
The four separate indictments charged Kelly of aggravated criminal sexual abuse for alleged misconduct occurring between 1998 and 2010.
The Chicago Tribune reports that R. Kelly will surrender himself to police, according to the musician’s lawyer Steven Greenberg. Foxx said that Kelly is expected to appear in bond court on Saturday.
