Leadership and life pile up losses: of people, of former versions of ourselves, of paths not taken. Men are too often taught to carry all of it silently. This facilitated conversation names that deficit honestly and treats brotherhood, vulnerability, and rest as forms of strength.
Rashad Cobb, Chief Philanthropy Officer at Brown County United Way, will lead a brutally honest conversation on “The Brotherhood Deficit” at the 365 Leadership Summit presented by Park Bank, set to take place Monday, October 19, at the Center for Black Excellence and Culture in Madison.
Panelists include:

- Corey Marionneaux, founder and CEO of Black Men Coalition of Dane County
- Joe Maldonado, City of Fitchburg Alder and Bilingual Youth & Families State Specialist at UW–Madison Division of Extension
