UW Credit Union director of DEI & Community Engagement Rolando DeLeón will moderate a panel titled “Advancing Inclusion: Exploring Cutting-Edge Practices and Policies” on October 28 at the 365 Leadership Summit presented by UW Credit Union.
This panel will explore the latest innovative and effective practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion across industries. Panelists will highlight technological advancements, successful policies, and data-driven approaches that have made a significant impact.

Rolando De León is currently the Director of DEI & Community Engagement at UW Credit Union (UWCU) in Milwaukee. De León previously worked at Froedtert Health in the DEI Department. Additionally, he has more than 17 years of experience working in Higher Education at Waukesha County Technical College’s Multicultural Resource Center and the University of Wisconsin Whitewater CEPS – Future Teacher Program. De León’s work at UWCU signifies the institution’s commitment to driving meaningful change in Milwaukee and beyond. With a focus on building impactful internal and community relationships, De León aims to elevate UWCU’s brand presence. Beyond his professional accomplishments, DeLeon is a devoted family man, coaching his daughters’ soccer team and wholeheartedly supporting his wife’s career as a Latina professional. His unwavering commitment to his family’s well-being mirrors his dedication to making a lasting impact on the Milwaukee community.
