Vice President Kamala Harris will return to Madison on Friday to hold a campaign rally, her campaign announced on Monday. This will be Harris’ fourth trip to Wisconsin
Harris last visited Madison in March, before she became the Democratic presidential nominee, where she spoke about reaffirming the Biden-Harris administration’s commitment to expanding apprenticeship programs and creating good-paying jobs.
Details about when and where Harris will be in Madison on Friday were not immediately available.
A Marquette Law School Poll released last week showed that Harris currently holds a 52-48 lead among registered Wisconsin voters in a head-to-head matchup with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
