We’re “Protecting the Work” at the 365 Leadership Summit

Leaders whose work touches equity and opportunity are operating under sharper scrutiny than they were two years ago. At the 365 Leadership Summit on Monday, October 19 (just one week away!) we’ll host a practical clinic in agency rather than defense: how to protect programs and the people who run them, how to speak about the work with confidence without abandoning its substance, and how to keep a team steady when the ground feels unstable. Drawing on leaders from youth mentoring, utilities, community organizing and small business, and DEI strategy, this conversation is built for leaders who fully intend to still be doing this work in 10 years.

Angela Jenkins, Director of DEI Strategy & Implementation of Step Up Equity Matters will moderate the discussion. Panelists include:

  • Johnathan Delgado, Founder and Owner, Delgado Campaign Solutions; Founder, Puerto Rican Awareness Project
  • “Action” Antoine Jackson, Founder, Jackson’s Yard Care
  • Sandy Morales, CEO, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County
  • De’Kendrea Stamps, Customer Engagement and Community Services Manager, Madison Gas and Electric
